Ryse by Kesineni Builders is a good property for investment in banjra hills, they have varying flat types ranging from 3925.00 sq.ft. - 4800.00 sq.ft. but one problem which i believe is there is the high density buildings, 1 Building has 70 units and for investing that much might give luxurious apartment but crowded neighbourhood, for somewhat quiet and exclusive neighbourhood I would have considered vllas in your case, hope this helps!
